I've studied Goju Ryu Karate and Kung Fu San Soo (briefly). It took me two years of looking online, going to schools and research to find Krav. I couldn't have asked to be in a better system. I study under Bart Brooks in IKMF and couldn't be happier.

Hi Ryan, glad to help when I can. I don't know much, but I am always learning. I am a hard gainer, so between Krav, weight training and working with Cadets in the academy, I can tend to lean toward catbolism. I definitely relate to loosing ground and being frustrated. Be well!!
